Eastside Automotive went out of their way yesterday to help me get my gear shift to work. I had to have my car towed there and they were able to do an emergency fix that got me on my way. They couldn't have been more responsive and professional. I look forward to having them diagnose the problem in the future, in addition to our other automotive needs. Since our trusted mechanic retired, we have been looking for a place like this.

These guys are the best! Late one friday afternoon, just before closing time, about to get on the road for the weekend, discovered one head light was out. Eastside Automotive was slammed, parking lot full, mechanics trying to wrap up for the weekend. They took me in, like an indy 500 pit stop, made room for me, fixed my headlight and sent me on my way with a smile. KJ, the Service Manager, and his team put the "care" in customer care. Now, I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you KJ!
